Individual registrations are accepted. However, if you want to come but cannot be joined by anyone on your executive team, consider bringing your spouse!

Who should attend?

This workshop is designed for CEOs/owners and their executive teams who are seeking to advance God’s Kingdom through business. CEO/Owner attendance is required if members of the executive team attend, as many of the conversations throughout the workshop involve leadership alignment, vision, and organizational direction. Age, experience, industry, organization size, and whether your organization is for-profit or non-profit do not matter.

Who should not attend?

We encourage high-level, potentially direction-altering conversations at this workshop. If someone does not have decision-making power within your organization, their presence may limit you and create frustration for them.
Please note: CEO/Owner attendance is required when an executive team attends this workshop. This helps protect team unity and alignment. Please contact info@kingdomatwork.com with questions.

What is the workshop agenda?

A general agenda is posted above for reference. If you are making travel plans, please note the workshop officially begins Tuesday afternoon at 3:00 PM, and we will dismiss Thursday at noon.

What happens at the workshop?

Workshops are very interactive. While teaching and breakout sessions are part of the experience, the majority of the workshop is spent at a roundtable with your table coach and team. As you take in new information and ideas, our coaches’ job is to help you and your leadership team digest, discuss, and decide on next steps.

How often should I attend?

Workshops are not designed to be an annual conference. After your leadership team has attended a workshop and has begun to implement the concepts, it’s your turn! Our desire is to see organizations transformed to transform other organizations. A great next step after attending a workshop is to join an Action Group.

Question 7

What's included in the price?

Accepted Answer

The fee you pay covers access to all workshop sessions, a printed workbook, some meals, snacks, and coffee throughout the event. Attendees are financially responsible for their own transportation and lodging, as well as some meals before or after the workshop.

Question 8

Do you have to be a Christian to attend?

Accepted Answer

While we would not prevent someone from coming due to their beliefs, we also want to make it clear that this event is all about God’s Kingdom. Our workshop aims to be practical, but it is also inspirational. A large part of that includes Biblical worship and teachings. If you want to bring someone who might be uncomfortable with this, we strongly encourage you to make the nature of the event clear to them so they do not feel blindsided.

Question 9

Can I get a refund if I register and can't attend?

Accepted Answer

Tickets purchased for a Kingdom Leadership Workshop can be refunded or transferred one time to a future workshop up to 3 weeks before the date of the event. After that, your ticket can be transferred once to a future workshop for a $50 processing fee to cover non-refundable workshop materials. If you do not provide a notice at least 24 hours prior to the event, tickets will be non-transferable. Thank you for understanding.
