These workshops are for senior-level leaders and their executive teams. In a round-table format, your team will work alongside a coach as you define your purpose, strengthen your leadership style, and create a company culture.

This workshop is designed for CEOs/owners and their executive teams who are seeking to advance God’s Kingdom through business. CEO/Owner attendance is required if members of the executive team attend, as many of the conversations throughout the workshop involve leadership alignment, vision, and organizational direction. Age, experience, industry, organization size, and whether your organization is for-profit or non-profit do not matter.

We encourage high-level, potentially direction-altering conversations at this workshop. If someone does not have decision-making power within your organization, their presence may limit you and create frustration for them.

Please note: CEO/Owner attendance is required when an executive team attends this workshop. This helps protect team unity and alignment. Please contact info@kingdomatwork.com with questions.

While we would not prevent someone from coming due to their beliefs, we also want to make it clear that this event is all about God’s Kingdom. Our workshop aims to be practical, but it is also inspirational. A large part of that includes Biblical worship and teachings. If you want to bring someone who might be uncomfortable with this, we strongly encourage you to make the nature of the event clear to them so they do not feel blindsided.

Tickets purchased for a Kingdom Leadership Workshop can be refunded or transferred one time to a future workshop up to 3 weeks before the date of the event. After that, your ticket can be transferred once to a future workshop for a $50 processing fee to cover non-refundable workshop materials. If you do not provide a notice at least a 24-hours prior to the event, tickets will be non-transferable. Thank you for understanding.
