Our goal is to help make this event as streamlined and easy to plan as possible. Below is what each team will be responsible for executing.

  • Provide speakers from our Kingdom at Work team who best fits the needs of your event.
  • Connect you with individuals from our network in your area.

  • Support your team with any additional needs.

Rick Betenbough

CEO Betenbough Companies, PBC
Rick Betenbough co-founded Betenbough Homes in 1992 with a vision to use a fanatical cost control and “out-of-the-box” organizational systems to become the price leader for new brick homes in Lubbock, Texas. Since then, he has matured a management and production system that combines quality and cost control through disciplined planning, negotiating and supervising. For 24 years, Rick served as the president of Betenbough Homes, building nearly 7,000 homes for West Texas families. Early in 2016, he felt lead to step aside from the role, allowing new leadership to continue to grow and lead the company and its employees. Now serving as the CEO of Betenbough Companies, PBC, Rick pursues his passion for the advancement of God’s Kingdom in and through the marketplace. Rick loves to mentor other Kingdom-minded leaders and entrepreneurs while walking his daily journey beside his loving wife and childhood sweetheart, Holly. With their children grown, Rick and Holly enjoy being grandparents to Naomi, Abbey, and Jeannie.

Holly Betenbough

Board Member Betenbough Companies, PBC
Holly Betenbough served as Ministry Director for Betenbough Homes for 18 years. Her role included developing relationships and financial partnerships with ministries in the Lubbock community and around the world. Holly also led the ministry team in providing spiritual support and guidance that is now an integral part of the Betenbough company culture. Today, Holly continues to provide spiritual covering and training for Betenbough Companies, PBC and serves on the Board of Directors. Holly also engages with other Kingdom business leaders as she and her husband, Rick, travel around the world sharing the story of how God’s Kingdom broke out in a home building company in West Texas. With their children grown, Rick and Holly enjoy being grandparents to Naomi, Abbey, and Jeannie.

Walter Cunningham

Board member & Executive Director Betenbough Companies, PBC
Walter Cunningham invested the first 20 plus years of his professional career in the financial services industry, serving as an executive of both technology and retail banking functions. Before joining Betenbough Homes in July of 2015, he served as the Chief Retail Officer for Golden 1 Credit Union and oversaw 84 branches across the state of California. Walter then joined Betenbough Homes in the role of IT Operations Supervisor and was promoted to IT Manager. In 2017, Walter became the Vice President of Business Development for Betenbough Companies and was charged with the strategic growth of new enterprises for the organization. Today, Walter serves as executive director and board member of Betenbough Companies, PBC. He is a student of leadership development and loves investing in others for God’s glory in the marketplace. Walter and his wife, MaDawn, were married in 1995 and enjoy the active life of raising four sons – Mason, Justin, Brandon, and Jaxon.
