Why This Event Matters
“Work is ministry ground where transformation happens when Kingdom leaders invite the Lord to lead them and their businesses,” says Christie Anthony, Executive Director of SOS International.
For over a decade, SOS International has partnered with Kingdom at Work, witnessing firsthand how faith-driven leadership can radically transform companies and communities. Now, for the first time, SOS International is hosting a one-day Kingdom at Work event for Dallas-Fort Worth Kingdom leaders.
What to Expect
This one-day event will offer encouragement, practical tools, and real-world testimonies from leaders who have experienced the power of Kingdom-centered leadership. Sessions include:
Intro to the Kingdom – Seeing work as worship, service, and calling.
Hearing from God – Learning to recognize and follow God’s voice in leadership
Kingdom Leadership in Action – Stories of businesses transformed by Kingdom values.
Table-Talks with Kingdom Leaders – Engaging discussions with like-minded leaders about applying these principles.
“The marketplace is a vital place for advancing the Kingdom,” says Christie. “We’re bringing in leaders who live this out daily to share their journeys and equip others.”

This event is for business owners, executives, and leaders who desire to align their work with God’s purpose. Attendees will include those from generational businesses, construction, finance, and other industries—all seeking to bring Kingdom values into their leadership.

“In my role, serving at-risk children, I’ve seen firsthand how Kingdom (marketplace) leaders can be shining lights in dark places, bringing hope and transformation. Marketplace leaders are key to developing communities and stopping vulnerabilities.” Christie shares. “It will take people in every sphere of society/business to build the Kingdom, and this event is an opportunity to sharpen our tools and step into our calling together.”
