well every leader can become more

effective over time leadership is a

journey I believe it’s not a destination

so our leadership is always always

developing if we’re developing it that

comes through failure and success and

just outright seeking of better ways to

do it um really spending time in

fellowship with leaders that are better

than you and that can help you grow and

the opportunity to develop leaders that

are younger and newer to leadership both

of those

environments really develop your

leadership over time I I get a lot from

helping someone grow because you don’t

really we like to think of it this way I

I’ve seen this a lot maybe I don’t learn

something as well as I could until I

have to teach it until I have to develop

it into someone else then that is fully

developed in me at that point and of

course being inspired to think about

things differently and get better is

what I get from someone who’s more

advanced in leadership than me so I

think we got to be developing ourselves

all the time by hanging around people

that are better at it than we are and by

helping other people grow grow into it

and so everybody can be more effective
